If Fox can get this team in the playoffs then I'd say we should keep him. Anything short of that and we should stick to plan A.

In other words, I don't want him back. Stubborn, incapable of adjustments, overly conservative, and too willing to accept mediocrity on the offensive side of the ball in particular.

I have always been bothered by the "a punt is not a bad play" philosophy. Yes, a punt IS a bad play-because it means your offense failed to put points on the board.

I think his message has worn thin, and his shelf life as the coach for this team has run out.
