Let's go team....'No Excuses'

So...Fug this company and the mom's that made them. My gf cancelled her membership 3 months ago and they have continued to draw from her account, while we continuously complained personally to the staff.

We are at the Southpark location, so if anyone has a membership there and is considering cancelling, be very careful of your account, b/c they don't stop drawing until you make it an effing point that you are serious.

I spoke to the managers....DEXTER and RACHEL, to be exact and they didn't give a flying fug and blamed it on someone else. I then cancelled my membership being so furious, but noone gave a (wall that stops water).

EFF YOU ZX FITNESS!

I used to go there when it was still Peak, and I had always suspected leaving would be a chore, so I paid them with a credit card I'd be okay cancelling if the need ever arose. I cancelled a few months ago with no real problems. Just went into that office and told them I was cancelling, signed a few forms and that was it.

No surprise here. They are in serious financial trouble and have to pay with a certified check to get their toilet paper.
