Idle chatter: Jim Johnson is our answer!

IF we were to give Fox his walking papers and hire Jim Johnson, the Eagles' DC, then a lot of ills---including this Peppers' situation---may just be fixed in a few months. With him as our HC, and Herm Edwards as our DC, our defense would probably improve very, very quickly.

How could Pep, or any defensive player worth his salt throw away that opportunity? Under this scenario, Beason and company would thrive like nobody's business.
