Why dont we switch to a 3-4. Look at the top 2 Defenses in the league..Pitt and Bal, one of which will be in the superbowl and likely win it. We have an excellent linebacker Beason as well as Diggs, T Davis, and Dan onnor will be back from injury and he was supposed to be the steal of the draft last year. Anything is better than what we put on the field since the bye week, but our whole organization is way too stubborn to try some different!!

I find it hilarious how everyone says that it could never work here like its impossible to sign FA and draft personnel. It won't happen of course because of Fox but now from the sound of it we should have switched years ago if we wanted to keep Pep. Apparently he feels that he can play 3-4 OLB which is funny considering the message boarders have said for years that he couldn't do it...what the hell is he thinking??

Yeah, this has been discussed already a few times. I'm a big fan of the 3-4 defense and I loved it when we ran it early in our franchise. It is very versatile and is much more aggressive provided you have the personnel, which we don't at the moment.

I actually think that Hilee Taylor would be a good OLB in a 3-4.

Neither Davis nor Diggs can be a 3/4 OLB. Sometimes they have too put their hand in the dirt and rush the passer. They can't do that. Please all people who want to just switch too a 3/4. Go too Nfl.com look up the height and weight of the LB on a 3/4 team then look at the same on the LB on this team. You will have your answer.

I agree with that with some coaching I think he could turn into something similar to harrison but not quite as good.
