Things to consider about a coaching search

I still think that Charlie Weis may be the most logical choice here. He already has a former assistant as OC in Davidson and his QB is in tacted. Not to mention that he wouldn't have to change up the defense because they are already solid under Meeks.

Weis has an 'undisclosed health condition' that -fair or not - may scare teams away from giving him a head coaching job.

Truthfully, his record as a college head coach might scare them even more.

I believe what is going to happen in carolina is that they most likely will have to get A young Offensive Minded guy or young Defensive Minded guy.Most likely i believe he will get a defensive guy..I believe first On the list I have to say Leslie Frazier has to be a Number One Option and this is why Leslie frazier has been waiting for 2 years to get a head coaching job and has been interviewd by alot of teams, the only thing that worrys me is that he will have to rebuild that panthers team and im wondering can he do it.This aint the Vikings and we dont have a d-line like them Hell we dont have a d-line.We Might have to change our defense to a 3-4 just because we dont have the personal for a 4-3.Next is Jason garrett he has been waiting for a job 2 great offensive mind.But it seems that the job in big -d might be opening up and i know he will be the next coach if he do.Next is keith butler he will be the second coming of dick lebeau he is not and Coordinator yet but he is been trained well under Dick lebeau.If the panthers can get him from the steelers witch i doubt he wil be the panthers next coach.Somebody to watch out 4..Wade Phillips even doe he might be old and a coach in the league is that he fits Jerry Richardson system and he brings a great 3-4 defense Philiospy with him..But he will need a great Coordinator and QB coach to coach up clausen..And the good thing will be is that he wont be haveing nobody telling him how to coach..
