If Clausen were named Vick or Vince Young those would be his sentiments. Since Clausen is a Clausen, he is expected to perform from day 1. When Vick's completion percentage was 50% in Atlanta, KT blames the receivers. When Clausens is 50%, blame the QB.

I love Clausen, and I think he's our QB of the future... but just imagine the possibilities with the Michael Vick Effect, aka the MV Effect, and our running game. Wouldn't it be crazy??? Like, ridiculous 90 yard option runs and babies running across the field because it'd be so crazy.

We are not going to give up our only first round pick for a guy who has been in trouble with the league already. This season is done with unless all of a sudden panthers start coming together and win big games. Trading for Jackson will not make much of a difference anyway at this point. Next year will be our rebuilding year with a New HC who ever it may be. No since in trading a 1st round high draft pick for a guy who gets in trouble with the law and the NFL. Besides if we get the ond of the top 3 draft picks in the first round and this owners and the NFLPA can work out a deal to avoid a lockoout and the rookie salary drops way down. That top 3 draft pic becomes a big deal. Because if Rookie sarlary if dropped way down because of a new agreement between owners and NFLPA. Then any team with the one of the top 3 picks espically if we get number 1. We could use a top number 1 next year to trade down some in the draft and get more picks on top of that from teams who want to Bargain.:yesnod:

At this point in time, I am just basically getting tired of Jerry Richardson's failed policies (to speak like a politician). Everything is impossible with this team. Jerry won't do this, and Jerry won't do that? WTF will Jerry do? Jerry needs to get off his high moral horse, get off some of that money, and do some things that make sense in order to improve this team, right now!

I mean, phuck! We can't get a decent WR to save our phuckin' lives, and let JP walk for nothing (while tagging a guy that ain't gettin' it done, and to add insult to injury we got rid of some proven veterans. I know that everything must change, but did it have to change so damned abruptly?
