The only real thing I can tell that I get that Premium players cannot get is the Monster Play feature... lol... and that isn't really something I am interested in...

But, I look at it like this... I spent $77.70 for 6 months, and I can see if the added benefits make that big of a deal... In that amount of time, I can choose to downgrade when my VIP is up and buy the $50 in extra points, or I can lose interest completely and be done with it... lol...

You're right though, I could have dropped $100 over time and came to the same point probably... although, I can save money/points by unlocking certain things while VIP that I would have had to outright purchase as Premium... so it might make up the difference...

Judging on how hard it still is to do low level quests and crafting... I'd say it's extremely popular. Not even touching all of the newbie chat

I've given this a solid week of play, and it's grown on me. Good game, probably going to subscribe.

Although there is a lot more inane chatter in the lower level areas (I can shut that off if I like) it's great to see all those areas full of people. Turbine did quite a bit of improvement on the lower level stuff as time has gone by and its cool to see people using those quests.

There are some nice ones out there, and I am debating setting one up...

I have not, they are pretty new and i'd rather wait for the stuff to be really field tested.
