Dungy... has built championship caliber teams in more than once place and we've already built a defense to his specifications. JR wanted him once before, can't see how that's changed at this point.

Personally I like Greg Williams, but I don't see him as a fit for this organization.

Oh man if Dungy wanted to coach again, definitely him.

But I'd like Gruden, a sort of young guy to bring some fire and offense to this team.

I'd like to get a new owner too but that probably isn't happening.

By default right now I like Gruden. He would be a nice change of pace from Fox. I also like the idea of a head coach who can call all of the offensive plays as well too

Russ Grimm? Was a candidate for the Pittsburgh job when Tomlin got the nod-- think he was assistant head coach at the time, and has been the oline coach for both them and Arizona, so I would like to think that he has a pretty good grip on any type of offense and can adapt. Also was a hall of fame guard.

Gruden = Seifert!!

Remember George Seifert?

The COLTS took a hard look at him and passed. So what did the Panthers do? Signed him as their Head Coach!

Jon Gruden is George Seifert. Both had the fortune of taking over a great teams built by extraordinary coaches. Seifert - Bill Walsh, Gruden - Tony Dungy. Both teams went downhill after they had to take over running the teams themselves!

IMO, I don't see why y'all want Jon Gruden?
