Make your case for the next Coach

(s)! Meaning let's make that a plural because I'd hope that we get someone who knows how he intends to revamp a talented team without talented coaches!

I could handle any of these 3 but let me make a point for Gruden.

Sure he won a Superbowl with Dungy's team but who do you think built the Raider team that he played against? Thats right Gruden did, well you could say he knew the offense of the Raiders and thats why they won but he still built them.

Brign him in as Coach only and I think we would win the Super Bowl in 3 years. He wants to redeem himself and would make sure we would win.

Gruden would love to coach here. And he is the only coach I could see keeping Meeks.

I'm not a Green Bay fan at all, but when I see that offense I realize that is what I want here. In my opinion the most exciting O in the league and very balanced.

I want a young and aggressive coordinator, preferably from the offensive side. And no college coaches, unless they have some pro experience. Other than that, I don't care.

I think it's pretty obvious we'll be hiring an offensive guy to be the next HC. With Clausen on board, we'll be bringing in someone to develop the QB. Weis would NOT surprise me at all, but I think it's unlikely with the price tag he'd come with.

Mike McCoy might come back to be the coach, but he's a stretch IMO. That Denver offense is pretty pass oriented.

I think we're grabbing someone out of obscurity.

I really thought about this one and after I am not sure if he would be a good coach. Maybe a few years down the road but right now there prob is a reason he has not got a job.

......poo maybe I just know Philbin is listed as coordinator and former OL coach. Hell if he just brings the system here I will be ok. We are unable to get any passes off because we run and ass load of GO's and outs that take too long to develop and our OL can't block long enough to hold until our WR get open.

Actually, one of the best options out there is probably Marty Schottenhiemer. I know no one wants Martyball but you can not argue with his regular season success and his ability to turn teams around. And who knows, maybe he finally wins a super bowl!

I really dont see it as a stretch. I think we should of made him OC when we fired Henning. He has had nothing but success. He also is a good QB coach.

I used to be 100% against bringing Gruden in here but with the running backs we have along with Smitty it is a good start. Who knows maybe he can talk Monte Kiffen back to the NFL.
