I can think of only one... I am sure there are others though. The only one that comes to mind is Jimmy Johnson and that is it. Switzer doesnt count because he won with Johnson's team. Once those players starting aging out and moved on, Switzer didnt do anything.

Mostly coaches that move from college to pro do not do very well. That is how I see it. Now, I am not against Harbaugh if JR and Hurney think he can do the job.

Need a coach who could make both veterans and young players more confident and secure. I know some of you may like certain college coaches but college and NFL success have nothing to do with each other.

Gruden, Weis, Cowher. Any one of those names would earn instant respect in the locker room.

Randy Edsall, UConn's current head coach. Not gonna happen, but he's one hell of a coach.

That's going to be a tough one... everyone is coming to the sad realization that this is year is not going to be a good season at all. And yes it is a perfect time to start talking about new coaches, I know JR is and the rest of the panthers management team.

Let's watch Jimmy make his mistakes and hopefully learn a lot this season, while at the same time engage ourselves on a decision that is going to drastically affect the future of our team.

So get involved, your opinion counts more than you'll ever know!
