That would be astronomically retarded on the teams part. For 1 he's not a generational player and the team is nowhere close to having enough talent to throw away more picks on 1 player again. Stay put and take whoever falls that is not a TE.

I sure hope not. We were historically awful on Defense last year. We need a lot more bodies on that side of the ball that are NFL quality players. Not sure our roster is in any sort of shape to be selling the farm for one player (again)

I agree. I would be happy for the player but upset about the trade. 

We are NOT 1 player away.. we cannot afford this trade.

No. Please no. I like Carter a LOT but we aren't just one piece away. We need a talent infusion not just one key piece. We have just about dug ourselves out of the draft pick capital hole the Bryce trade created. Let's not create a new one.

If I knew he was Von Miller 2.0 then sure. But no one KNOWS that and no one would accept that trade offer if they thought Von Miller 2.0 was there available to be drafted.
