I have been censored for....well for thinking yesterday and today. I've gone to the Editor about it, and supposedly everything is now OK for me to speak my mind. So I shall. At the risk of repeating myself again, here's the real problem thus far. I was rushed to get to a job this morning, but now have time to expand on my "J' Accuse" letter - "I believe everything is coming down from Mr. Richardson who is head of the owners committee negotiating with the players union. Mr Richardson is setting an example for other owners. It's business and Mr. Richardson does not play when it comes to business. Word went down to get rid of mostly all players with tenure. No doubt Fox's loyalty to players led him to argue with the decision, and that argument may have sealed Fox's fate with the Panthers. Fox would never have started a season without a seasoned QB, unless forced to do so. The acrimony quickly spread to other players and coaches, who are determined to see that the Panthers pay for their owners attacks on them. Moore was caught in a trap where he had coaches who refused to coach him up and intentionally making bad calls, and players who refused to protect him or play for him and intentionally trying to lose. I hope I'm wrong, but don't look for any great changes in support with Clausen being the new QB. What we are seeing, I'm afraid, is the front lines of a union war with the owners, and we Panthers fans are the only fans who are casualties of the war so far.

Something to think about, interesting...

IF this is true, then I, as a fan, would be extremely pissed at ownership, coaches, and players for for screwing us over. Knowingly putting crap like that out as a product and charging the fans full price for an inferior product, while they fight over millions of dollars.

Then both sides can just f**k off when it comes to choosing sides in this battle, because we fans will truly be the only ones who suffer.

Why is everyone blamming Richardson? Saying he is cheap? The man paid Peppers like 1 million a game last year, he isn't cheap!

What he is? SMART!

He kept the young core of this team knowing we didn't have a QB, which no matter what you guys think...this is a passing league now without a QB we go nowhere, many unanswered questions going into next year and no matter what happens with the CBA we are sitting pretty!

When will you all realize, no matter how much money we paid Peppers he didn't wanna play here...PERIOD! Why? Just look at the coach we saved money on!

Please name me more REAL impact players that we can't live without that we released? Richardson cut the fat, get over it...all teams rebuild and when Cowher takes over with Jimmy as starting QB, we will be back in the SB within 5 years, bookmark this post now, mark it down!

Please stop saying Richardson is cheap, that is just totally untrue...if anything he is SMART!

Fox is directly to blame for the miserable pile of poo we've been seeing out on the field. He is the coach, and it's his job to prepare the team. This team is not prepared, and we've seen a general decline in the team over the last couple of years. That is all on Fox.

JR is indirectly to blame because he is the owner. Eventually, it all comes back to him because he is the only person in the entire organization with the power to make the necessay changes. He is ultra conservative, and has created an ultra conservative culture in his team. Likely, he will hire another coach similar to Fox and we'll be right back where we are now.

I just find that incredibly hard to believe. There are disgruntled players ont he team due t Foxy not playing them, so why would they feel they need to hide this? We also have had plenty of fans up close and personal with many players and they also have not spilt the beans.

The theory that some players are intentionall trying to lose is a load of baloney. No professional would intentionally 'miss blocks', potentially getting another professional injured (Moore's concussion) simply to prove a point. If anything it would band the players together even more.
