Dont act like they dont update those splash displays to as every week when Injuries happen the annoucers will say "X is starting in place of Y today".

Smith was given the chance from the explosive playmaking ability that they seen on special teams. Much the same as Cribbs and Hester have been given in Cleveland and Chicago.

Dude. He didn't start. Jarrett played I think 4 downs on Sunday. He was not the starter. Jarrett has only started 3 games in his entire career.....all games we won.

The lineups they(Fox Sports) are given just like managers when they trade starting lineup cards in baseball. Fox Sports then builds their splash screens around what they are given from the Coaches.

theres an article that stated jarrett didnt start. Jarrett said he didnt start.. Look on the panthers website, John Fox said he didnt start.

Stop saying that Jarrett has won all 3 games.. He was the listed starter vs Tampa Bay in 2008 and started.. We lost 27-3. Thanks for playing..

No, Jarrett has officially started 3 games in his career... 2008 vs Tampa Bay which we lost 27-3, 2009 vs Arizona when Smitty made the 65 yard down the sideline catch, and 2009 vs New Orleans in game 16. So technically for CRA's case, Jarrett is 2-1 as a starter since CRA is too lazy to look up any stats or give any factual evidence to back himself up with.

Jarrett in 2010 on the Fox Telecasts have been LISTED as starting. He has NOT started both games, however, the lineups that they use on the TV screens come from the information given by the coaches before the game on who is going to START.

What is so hard to understand about that?
