Panthers do everything possible to avoid starting Dwayne Jarrett

Jarrett has been the listed starter the past 2 weeks... I know he did not actually start on the field but still you cant earn your job from rookies? First it was because there are veterans here and now its because of the Rookies? Which is it seriously?

You mean the same front office that has not found us a DECENT WR since Seifert drafted Smith?

listed starter? Jarrett hasn't started. Carolina is 3-0 in his starts.

You know the piece of paper they give to FOX Sports that tells the listed starters each week on the telecasts? Both weeks Jarrett was listed on the display as starting. Dont act like they dont update those splash displays to as every week when Injuries happen the annoucers will say "X is starting in place of Y today".

Smith was given the chance from the explosive playmaking ability that they seen on special teams. Much the same as Cribbs and Hester have been given in Cleveland and Chicago.

Dude. He didn't start. Jarrett played I think 4 downs on Sunday. He was not the starter. Jarrett has only started 3 games in his entire career.....all games we won.

What part of this is hard for you people to grasp. Go look at your Tivo's or DVRs and see who is LISTED as starting BOTH weeks for the Panthers on FOX telecast. The lineups they(Fox Sports) are given just like managers when they trade starting lineup cards in baseball. Fox Sports then builds their splash screens around what they are given from the Coaches.

God, My 7 years old nephew even asked me why wasnt Jarrett starting when his name was on the screen Sunday.

I'm still confused on that I was thinking why say he's starting if he's not. Small issue but two weeks in a row something didn't seem right for some dumb reason I've thought about that also you know what's up???;;

Had to reread what he said. I think he's saying that on the sheet it says that jarrett started thus the 3-0 argument doesn't work. idk

No, Jarrett has officially started 3 games in his career... 2008 vs Tampa Bay which we lost 27-3, 2009 vs Arizona when Smitty made the 65 yard down the sideline catch, and 2009 vs New Orleans in game 16. So technically for CRA's case, Jarrett is 2-1 as a starter since CRA is too lazy to look up any stats or give any factual evidence to back himself up with.

Jarrett in 2010 on the Fox Telecasts have been LISTED as starting. He has NOT started both games, however, the lineups that they use on the TV screens come from the information given by the coaches before the game on who is going to START.

What is so hard to understand about that?
