He got ragged on for being a bum for 3 years and still showed up at TC this season doing just barely enough to hang onto a roster spot. I'm not exactly holding out hope that this magical light that people talk about turns on and his play suddenly improves by leaps and bounds.

Jarrett is a waste of a roster spot...no special teams contribution, no WR contribution cause he cannot get off the line and his 0.2 yards after catch helps no one. Why is he still here....we have seen enough.
