I have an account that my grandfather created for me a while back and when he passed last year it went over completely to me... it's currently in a CD at a local bank and the roll-over is gonna happen end of the month. I'm gonna take it out and do something with it... more than anything so I will have more ready access to it if I need it, but that's not the sole reason.

Any sound financial advice for me?

Take it all, drive down to South Florida. Buy Coke and bring it back to Charlotte. Cook it into 20 dollar rocks and sell it all. Watch for cops and don't use the product. You will get a big return.
