the only one's I've heard anything about are Lewis and skipper, with the Skipper one being false. Lewis is a good possibility to be gone as he wants to be a DC again. lets hope he goes and trgovac goes somewhere else too......

Chandler's wording makes it sound like other changes could be coming.

If so, you'd have to expect they'd be on the defensive side.

I mean look at him. Is there anything that elicits a reaction of "he must know football" from this guy? He looks like a geek. I'd ask him what the hell a quadratic polynomial is or the atomic weight of cadmium is before I'd ask him what the proper throwing motion for a QB is.

If changes are to be made, then yes I would expect them on the defensive side of the ball starting with Trgovac maybe.

Just wanted to add, that I have this funny feeling that if Lewis doesn't end up in GB and fox fires Trgovac. I just have this feeling that Lewis ends up the DC here. Idk what to think about that, I guess it would depend on which DC lewis shows up the one from Pitt or the one from the last years with the giants.

I don't really want to see Lewis as DC. In the past I'd have been okay with it, and I think it's a definite possibility, but right now I'd rather see someone else brought in (Edwards, McGinnis or McDermott).

I'm not saying I want him as our DC either. I was just noting that with how fox works if Trgovac is fired expect either lewis or edwards to be the DC. I don't think that Edwards is going to be available this off season, same with McGinnis. I think McGinnis stays in Tenn as the DC and ewards runs his contract out in KC. With that I have this funny feeling that Lewis wanting to be a DC and the way fox works that Lewis will end up being the DC. I just hope if it happens it works out. I really don't want it to happen that way....Crosses fingers for McGinnis or Edwards..

If we head into next year with the same defensive staff or mostly the same staff, this is going to be a very depressing offseason :(

yes it will be, Losing peppers and keeping Trgovac will be really depressing if you ask me. I don't know if I'll be mad or depressed or both. probably both.

It would have really be nice if Joe Montana had showed any interest to become a QB coach. But he left the NFL and never looked back.

My personal wish, would be for Vinny Testaverde to accept an offer by us to be QBs coach. I mean he's had 20+ years experience as a field general, it doesn't get more qualified than that. Plus, he can instill some of those intangibles and leadership skills, it would be more than just working on mechanics and delivery and fine-tuning skills. (which I also think he would be capable of coaching)

Tony Romo credits him for A LOT of shaping him into the starting QB for the Cowboys. Granted he's goofy at times, but he started out on nobody's radar, an unknown, and to emerge to the level of play he has is an accomplishment.
