Tired of hearing that. If Jake Delhomme can get us to the playoffs with Steve Smith as the only WR on the team PLUS Deshaun Foster as the primary back and Michael Gaines as our best recieving TE, then Moore should have more than enough tools to at least win a game against TB.

yea there are a lot of excusses that are being thrown around. To be honest I don't think our WR's have played that bad at all...even Jarrett. Have they dropped passes? Yes, does EVERY receiver in the NFL drop a pass from time to time? YES!

I think in the first game Smith dropped one pass, Lafell dropped one and that was about it, next day there were 4 threads on how our WR suck...did they happen to notice the passes coming at them? NO!

The O-line hasn't looked as bad as everyone here says IMO. I look at the games thus far and how the "pressure" looks when Clausen has been in the game vs Moore in the game. Clausen get rid of the ball in the avg amount of time most STARTING NFL QB's do, Matt holds the ball way to long thus making our O-line look worse than they really are.

Of course this is just how I see it

just fyi the prevent defense isn't supposed to let the opposing offense get all the way down to the one yard line and then hope to stop them. Yes, he's not going to play against prevent defenses all day, but lets not pretend the buccs were basically LETTING him drive down the field on them.

Yeah, when Moore was in they were still in "stack the LOS and only play the safeties 10 yards deep because this guy sucks" mode.

Cincy has time to gameplan against Clausen.. I expect the results will look a little different..

however, we get to gameplan as well.. I hope like hell we have the real deal, but we may not get to see that for a while..

anyone putting high expectations on any rookie is a fool.. acceptance would be a much better approach this year... let the kid make mistakes and learn from them.. if he is the real deal, he'll get over the hump eventually..

Good post, I don't understand why this is so hard for some...the ones complaining have been accepting Foxes mediocre arse for 9 years now and still support him! If that isn't acceptance I don't know what is!
