Penguin closing??

I had not heard that the Penguin was closing, but , i had already heard they bought the old Diamond and are currently remodeling it. But i thought it was going to be a different concept. 24 hr Diner.

My wife is texting me saying the land owners won't renew the lease and are going to take it away from the guys who started it.

Last day is Oct. 24th

Can anyone confirm this? I mean, I trust my wife and all, I just don't want to believe it.

I heard that as well on the news. The owners aren't going to renew the lease.

  Man, there are definitely QBs above him and to be honest I am not sold on any of them either. Carson Beck has way better physical traits and Quinn Ewers is undersized as well but much more advanced as a passer. The kid at Penn State is good…the kid at LSU has talent…there are many more players better than Ward
