Just Colts/Pacers (#1 teams) and Panthers/Bobcats (#2 teams).

I was on phone duty one Saturday and this guy calls up and is moving to Charlotte and is interested in an Uptown Condo with a pool. Tell me his children spend Summers with him and so he must have a pool. He would like a 3 dr condo, not too far from Uptown, and so on.

I told him I would put together a package and send to him of listings, things to do in Charlotte, ect. I asked him where he was living now and he said Dallas, TX. We talked for over an hour. Finally I asked his name and where I should sent the information to. He said Keyshawn Johnson. I about dropped the phone!

He gave me his home address, in TX and cell phone number. I first welcomed him to Charlotte, then I asked him when he could come for a vist. He said "Next weekend I"m taking my kids to Disney World and I have to meet some pople from Charlotte and sign some contracts."! (Like John Fox and Martey Hurney?? But I didn't press him.)

I had to give him to another agent in the office and she couldn't land him as a client. ( I should have given him to Pep's agent.)

He was a really articulate guy, very family orientated on the hour+ we talked on the phone. I never did get his autograph.
