Why I'm not sad for Moore.

In the NFL there are two sides to this story.

1. The team and us as fans need to give a QB a chance to prove himself.

2. The QB, needs to give his team and his fans a chance to win.

As long as that order takes place no one should ever feel bad for a QB because THIS is a business, and it is about WINNING!

Last week I said we should give him one more chance. We did. Unfortunatelly for him, when you have antsy fans, and a back-up QB with a name like Jimmy Clausen you just aren't going to get the same forgiveness that Delhomme got so you only have a few opportunities to prove yourself.

I'm sure Delhomme would have been benched sooner too if we had Jimmy a year ago.

No sympathy here. I am just embarrassed that we laid an egg against the stinkaneers! I mean, it's almost as bad as losing to the dirty birds. We are young and things were too easy in the pre-season. I want to see more of that D-Line that we saw a month ago.
