OL play, blocking in general, and tackling and pass-rush on D should be the top priorities. I like Clausen alot, the last thing we need to do is put him behind a OL that cant block. Ive seen WAYYY too many unblocked rushers come through in the first too games for me to call for Jimmy to be put in. I dont want to see any of our guys get hurt, especially our potential franchise QB. Just my .02 cents.

Jimmy is just going to have to suck it up. He won't be the first rookie QB to take snaps behind a suspect O-line. Even vets have to face peril behind a bad line at different times in their career. At least Jimmy has some valuable experience running for his life and succeeding during adversity because of his days at ND. He will be fine.
