Im not an expert in salary cap and spending. But if he was so cheap, why give big contracts to Kemo, Delhomme, Lucas, etc?

From 2004 - 2008 this was the 9th ranked team in spending.( I havent found a ranking for ealier or later)

Ticket prices steadily rising, concessions like beer, food, etc. prices are somewhat ridiculous (this is nitpicking) PSL Owners getting screwed over.
