idk wut moore's problem is or why our o-line is playing lazy, and yes i'd like to see moore do better but i want to see wut clausen can do next week going against the bengals D-fence ain't gunna be easy for him but we'll see..but i think the biggest reason why we lost last week and this week over all the rest is no preasure on the qb from our d-line...1 sack in 2 weeks by our mlb..we get that fixed we'll be better off

Where do we start? I'll try.

1) Starts with the owner. JR cares about money, and more money. Didn't get WR help that we needed, or anything else. Also keeps the same lame-duck coaching staff for years at this point.

2) John Fox. Bad coaching, bad staff, bad all around.

3) Davidson. Horrible play calling, no talent, reject from another team, predictable as always. Shouldn't be a OC at the NFL level. Runs up the middle, over and over and over with only a couple outside runs. They already know we're going to run, at least mix up the runs, nope, not this guy.

4) Meeks. Not as bad as the others and I'd like to keep him around, but the defense looks bad, out of position, the secondary getting owned.

5) Other than Smith, not much WR help, which means Smith gets double teamed all game. Refer to cheap owner at the top.

6) No QB option at this moment. Moore is pretty terrible, over thrown passes, etc, Clausen may be good and I hope he gets a chance to start

7) O-line. Very bad, very bad. No holes, no pass blocking, any QB is going to have a problem in there. Otah is hurt but get used to it, he's an injury waiting to happen at all times.

8) Running. Well we can't run with no blocking, and you can't run when EVERYONE is predicting the play easily (everyone meaning fans at home, other teams players, coaches, anyone over 2 years old watching).

9) No heart other than Beason and a few others. Those hoping to see a reincarnated 2003 defense, it's not happening.

Did I miss anything?

Yes...D-Line, No pressure on opposing QB's

went to the game and from what I saw, I'm not sure if its the qb coach or what, but matt moore is struggling with A) Reading a defense, and B) going through is options fast enough. By the time he's done checking for a place to throw the ball, the option that was open, is now covered, and moore is running for his life. There is alot of indecisiveness there. Clausen did look a little better but, coverage was not as tight since TB already had a good margin of points and were in a prevent defense.

The NFL is a league of all stars and the Panthers don't really have that many true stars to compete. There are some (Beason, Smith, DeAngelo) but that is about it. A few others have talent that may get there. A few other have talent but are hurt alot (Otah, Stewart).

Coaching seems stale at the HC and OC positions.

Draft strategy seems iffy by giving a way picks all of the time.

Ownership seems cheap and at least misguided on how who they spend money on (still paying an ex QB I think).

I agree except for the draft strategy part...they just give up future picks for picks now. So they aren't on the losing end of the deal it's just about perspective.

I think the Panthers are an extremely young and got out-experienced by THE BUCCANEERS - the only team that's older than us but no one else. Watching the Giants versus Colts right now, those are two teams with veterans in their prime. I remember when the Panthers sported one of those teams.

you missed that we can not get any defensive pressure on the qb with our front four and no one on the coaching staff seems to realize it yet

This has been very frustrating to continue to see the Panthers get zero pressure and never get off the field on 3rd down.

It also has been very ridiculus that they have no idea how to blitz!!! When they try it, it seams all they do is show it right away, put every guy on the line of scrimmage and they all run right up the middle and get easily bunched up.

Soon we might be able to add Dan Conner to the above statement. I thought he brought it today also. He seemed to be making plays, and laying some hits.

he has been a huge bright spot on our defense... love what I saw from him today, he's definitely a winner..
