Fox has to work with what he has. We purged anyone over 25 this off-season, are starting a bunch of people that have very little experience and are battening the hatches financially for a lockout, so not spending or pursuing anyone in FA.

JR gave Fox some Elmer's glue and told him to build a house.

we have talent on this team.. this isn't a rebuilding year.. lack of experience could be a factor, but we have a lot of experience still on this team.. I don't buy it..
