My money is on the raptors. Perhaps a stegosaurus.

I wanted one of these guys since I saw the TV show PRIMEVAL. (Oh, and the dinosaur too! :D)

Coelurosaravus is a flying reptile from the Permian period, about 250 million years ago. Unusually active and intelligent for a cold-blooded animal, this little guy seems capable of bonding with humans. The creature in the show is actually based on a smaller reptile (about half Rex's size) called Coelurosaravus jaeckeil, found in Germany. Extensions of its ribs formed wing-like structures, allowing it to glide. Predating the pterosaurs, Coelurosaravus is the first known fling vertebrate.
