Moore Expected To Be Cleared To Practice

We've been wondering who's gonna start on the Bucs board.

Who would you guys rather see? I saw Moore didn't exactly light it up.

I'm kinda concerned if Clausen gets in there he could spark a rally by the rest of the team to get on a roll.

(history says you really don't need a rally against us. :P)

Eh......we're both rebuilding, so who knows what will happen.

I'd be jittery if i knew what our offensive line was doing too. A lot of his rollouts weren't designed and the houdini act takes its toll. Moore had one early in the game then they stopped happening. Clausen had one late in the game.. but when you have to make a play, you can't keep doing it. Most of our redzone struggles deal with the ineptitude of the run game. Last 2 years, if we were goal to go, we wouldn't even think about passing and we were looking at a pretty sure touchdown. None of this getting stood up at the line crap. Last year if we even thought about passing with our run game, everyone would be calling for Davidson's head for passing the ball in that situation. This year, our run game doesn't work and everyone wants to give up on it in the 1st quarter.

There's one thing that's certain.. Take the FGs.. It's tough for an oline, for any offensive player when you go down the field all for naught. Points are points and points give you hope. Our entire team was completely deflated after the 3rd quarter. Moore needs to remember the reason why everyone was so impressed with him last year was because he LIMITED his turnovers. That said, I hope he comes back and lights it up because I really don't think Clausen is anywhere near ready, unlike moore who lofts the ball a lot, clausen drives it in everytime, which you can't do either.

Why not? Brett Farve does and it has worked pretty well for him.

if the league clears him then it's a sure thing he plays..jimmy fans might have to wait..

if I am not mistaken the team doc and outside doc have cleared guys before.....and Fox has sat them after a head injury. Reed reported how Captain got very upset last season as he was cleared but Fox wouldn't play him the following Sunday.

If Clausen is going to start.....Moore imo would be cleared and all signs pointing to him starting heading into the end of the week in order to make Tampa prep for a rookie or Moore.

I just don't think that if Moore had any type of serious concussion he should be playing Sunday.

I am not for him losing his starting role just yet, he earned that role and he should get a fair shot to prove his worth. However playing a week after what looked to be a pretty serious concussion is not going to end well most likely.

I'm not concerned, if Moore plays he will be on a MUCH shorter leash this week. I think they opened things up last week to see what he could do and the answer was not much, so I'd bet we go back to 3 yards and a cloud of dust.

That guy was really destined for failure to being with, when nothing counted he played decent, when the pressure is on him, he folded like a lawn chair. I absolutely do not like him as a player whatsoever, i don't know why, I have never hated a player of even the opposing team as much as i dislike an over hyped (on this board at least) FLOAT a ball into 5 blue shirts and 1 white one. Saw it in the preseason, saw it now, what else can he do?
