It's not THAT bad. He didn't say anything demeaning. Just stating certain facts of life. People are attracted to eachother and they sometimes steal glances.

When the ratio is extremely off it gets worse. Being taller sometimes it's impossible to keep your eyes from darting down.

A little immature for the professional environment but not just reprehensible awful stuff.
