i can't stand listening to or reading fox's comments because trying to learn anything from them is an excercise in futility.

still....i'm not sure i would like a coach that talked about what was going on with the team. keeping your mouth shut is an important trait for any company in a competitive industry. not good for the fans, but i'd rather have a winning team that kept us in the dark than a coach that talked about everything and let everyone know what they really were and weren't doing and lost any competitive edge they might have.

I think it has more to do with his respect for the players and the franchise's desire to keep everything behind closed doors.
