I am 95% sure that Clausen wont put good numbers up anyways...too many things wrong with this offense (protection, wide recievers) for a game managing qb to overcome.

I completely agree with this.

Assuming Clausen would put up great numbers implies that the only thing wrong with this offense is the quarterback.

That is why, if somehow he did put up great numbers, he should keep playing.

But he won't. Or at least the chances are very slim.

What has matt done to expect to be giving the keys to a muti million dollar team.Hes played a total of oooo 9 games he dont deserve it.And lets not forget all the he'll fix it in preseason he'll be fine when reg season starts he never pratices good or has a good preseason.So hes just not real good.

Well mainly because clausen is not better than moore right now...That was proven in camp..and he wont play well. unless he get protection and a reciever gets open every once in a while

The thing that people arent understanding is that we have more than a qb problem...we have an offense problem...Yes the problem is the passing game. Defenses are putting 8 in the box all game and we can't get open but pass protection i think is the main problem. hopefully that will come with time

I see what you're saying.. but Clausen didn't get the reps that Moore got in camp with the 1st team or in preseason...

If he plays better ... it's really simple ... let him play again

If he plays well... the fans will demand it... and the FO will look like idiots (or at least look like they're TRYING to lose) if they don't play him!

Jimmy Clausen gives the Panthers the best chance to win, whether its week 2 or week 15, If Clausen puts up good numbers (0 turnovers) he will start week 3.
