It's his job for now -- he wasn't impressive in preseason, no, but neither was Clausen (neither led a TD drive).

I really think that Clausen's post game comment in the locker room said it all...I say to him "Be careful what you wish for!" He now knows the poo may hit the fan!

If Clausen wins this weeks and Moore is healthy week 3, Moore should start. Even if Clausen throws 4 TDs and 300 yards, it's still Moore's job.

IF, Moore stinks it up again, he should get pulled if the above scenario happens.

I am 95% sure that Clausen wont put good numbers up anyways...too many things wrong with this offense (protection, wide recievers) for a game managing qb to overcome.

I don't care who starts. I just want to see consistent smart decisions from the QB position for the first time 5 years.

Also I do not personally like the attitude in the NFL of saying you're going with one guy no matter what. I think if your QB is unproven and has 4 turnovers, you say that he will have to keep his job by performing well in practice.

This whole WNBA attitude of not making someone feel pressure is stupid and completely opposite of what sports are about. He's gonna feel pressure when Jordan Gross takes off 6/10 plays anyway.

I don't think anybody has said Clausen should start after week 2. I would like him to start this week. Let Moore rest. If he's cleared then fine but I think they should take it easy on him.
