Plenty of good quarterbacks had a tough week 1 (Jake Delhomme, Alex Smith, Mat Cassel, Mark Sanchez, Eli Manning, etc).

Moore's gonna be in the Pro Bowl when it's all said and done.

Im that guy that literally everyone on this site bashed last year for saying that Matt Moore is not the answer... and everybody on this forum treated me like crap for saying this so i just decided to stop posting because every time I did you guys would discredit everything I had to say. I never said I hated Matt or that I hoped we wouldnt play him, but I said I thought we were all over rating him and that I didnt feel he had the arm strength or the decision making to be a true NFL starter.

Everybody started calling me names like a Jake *$&% sucker (which I was ready for Jake to go anyway), telling me that Matt was a gem and reminding me of how he won game after game against good teams for us last year. I continued to say I just didnt think he was really fit to be an true NFL QB and I thought we should look to draft or sign someone else (which, thankfully we did) and you guys just trampled on everything I said and told me I was an idiot.

Well, none of you guys care that perhaps I was right, but for my own justification I would just like to post to defend my eight month case... call me an idiot again, buts its funny how you guys are now doubting Matty... something that I felt after last season and everyone bashed me for it.

Im just saying, you guys will ask me if "I want a cookie" and my humble response will be "no, I just dont want to be called an idiot, when in truth, it may be that I saw something long before you guys did... credit where credit is do?"

Two points:

1. You were not the only person doubting Moore. There were a lot of people here who have always thought Moore was not the answer (I'm neutral/unsure myself).

it was the first game, and against giants d line which are pretty good, it will take time for davidson and moore to figure out what works and what dont work.
