Dead Rising 2: Case 0

I guess I wouldn't have a problem with this except it's before the game has even proven itself. And if it's adding just a couple of hours, why can't it be part of the full game? Or after the game is released??

Rockstar has no problem releasing games with 50+ hours of content on the first go and then adding after.

Also, who decided it would be a good business move?? It could potentially lead to lower sales because people don't like the "demo".

All good and valid points. I don't know why they decided to offer this "pregame" DLC...apparently they thought it was a good business move. And I think it was considering it was the fastest selling game on Xbox Live arcade ever.

I played the first Dead Rising and liked it. I feel like I like this one better so far but it's been so long since I've played the first one that I can't really remember everything about that game. I feel like the controls are better this time around and the ability to combine things to make weapons is pretty cool.

This really can't be compared with games like GTA because that's a sandbox game and invariably those types of games always allow for a longer single player experience.

But the great thing about all of this is that they aren't forcing anyone to buy Dead Rising Case Zero. I feel like it's more for people who liked the first one and want to get a jump start on the second game and get a feel for what it's going to be like.

I know after playing this I'm definitely buying DR2.
