He should not of let go of the ball until the play was blown dead. Period.

It was a bad call though.

i agree, but usually when the ball is possessed in the endzone the play is over.

The rule stupid. when you catch a TD, its a TD. I think it may be more idiotic than the tuck rule

exactly. it should be the one time that contact with the ground isn't considered. he made a football move after catching, and therefore i see it as a TD.

Actually, they did not score off that fumble, stopped 4 times from the one....Just the facts please..:rolleyes:

Ummmmmm... "Actually," the Bears kicked a field goal after Peppers' sack and forced fumble (this was in the first half). It was late in the 4th quarter when Briggs recovered the fumble on the Loins 1 and Bears offense subsequently went 4 and out....
