One point I want to make about Bernadeau and Schwartz. Both are still young, fairly inexperienced guys. I believe last year both benefited greatly by having a veteran presence on either side of them, and this year, one of the big problems is that they are next to each other. I think when Otah comes back, Bernadeau's play will improve greatly. Neither will likely ever be all-pro, but I do believe both can be solid starters in this league, but just need more experience.

Remember, last year both did fine while filling in, in fact, Bernadeau looked pretty good. So I think it's just a matter of protecting them a bit while they go through their growing pains...unfortunately, lining them up next to each other does little in the way of protecting them.

Personally I disagree with this. He was clearly a step behind everyone else on the line and was easily our worst performing player.

He genuinely is a back up. No shame in that, he tries hard and is a tireless worker so will never cost us games, just he will never allow us to dominate the opposing DLine.
