Dline, were all over Manning?? I do not think so. He really wasnt pressured at all, Manning had all day in the pocket. Stopping the run game - they were great. I guess we saw it differently.

Yeah its pretty bad when his best play all game was pulling a jersey for 5 yards so he wouldn't get burned.

See, I keep coming back to the bad Oline today, and that was probably part of the reason why Moore didn't play well. Being under pressure all day makes you do stupid things when you are inexperienced.

But I am blaming Davidson for the loss, with the turrible play calling.

Some of those throws were so bad. Trying to float a ball into quad coverage normally never works.

True that, but he should not have thrown those passes, you can't turn the ball over and give away points.

The team had no identity today and was very bland on the whole. I did not see much excitement from anyone. We did not run like we should have and we seemed to abandon it more than we should have. I think Jeff called a bad game. MM was pretty terrible. Too bad for him.

I did like Jarret's catches and Goodson's effort. I am falling in love with Greg Hardy, and the special teams looks much improved.

I really do expect more from this team, building year or not. We need a QB. We have needed one for several years. Everyone around here keeps crying for veteran stud receivers to work with Smitty and they are wrong. You don't spend money on receivers until you have a proven QB who can find them and a line that can protect that QB. You spend money on multiple backs when you are in our situation, which we have done. Obviously the franchise has not been convinced that we have the pieces in place to shop for additional receivers and I agree with their logic based on today's 'performance'.

Davidson is to blame in my opinion. I actually like Davidson's play-calling on average but today I'm pretty sure he was channeling Dan Henning even tho he's still alive. Nothing but up da gut running when NY was stacking the box almost the whole day. No screens, hardly any pitches...just up the middle and a vanilla pass game all day. The gaints sucked today and they got away with it because our offensive coordinator did not have the where with all to adjust to the defense of NY.

#3 I'm gonna give you another chance because this was the opener but that's it after this game. The Oline wasn't exactly the Oline and Davidson was callin' sh!t plays but you have been warned.
