There is probably 100's of these threads so sorry to piss some of you off.

We dont need to force the pass. Its like we have the mentality of dont stop trying till it works...regardless of if you literally throw the game away.

I'd take Deangelo and Jstew from 5 yards out everytime before I would want Matt Moore to try and squezze a ball into triple coverage.

Matt played very badly. Simple as that.

It made me wonder how many more of those games will he get until Clausen is given a chance. I'm not saying I want Clausen to start and I'm not saying I think Matt Moore sucks and should be cut.

I keep hearing that Lafell's biggest weakness is catching...and I'm starting to see why. Good blocker though...which may be more important for this team right now.

I dont think Todd Carter's kickoffs to the 10 yard line proved he needs to be on this team. He may of been kicking in the wind or whatever. I just don't think we need him. Was it Kasay that was squibbing the kickoffs? Whoever it was, it was effective. Why dont we just squib all our kickoffs. Seriously?

I thought our linebackers looked good. I thought one saftey with dreads played better than the other safety with dreads. Hopefully you can distinguish the two. Actually none of our db's played good today. Gamble, Marshall, and Godfrey all looked slow today.

I'm guessing Jonathan Stewart wasn't 100 percent today?? training camp must of wore him out...hold on...wait...

Yeah its a rebuilding year..but that doesn't mean we cant win games.

We looked a lot better than I had expected in the first half. But I was suprised for long...the 2nd half happened.

Oh yeah and Matt Moore had a bad game.

I'm looking foward to seeing us improve. Well almost anything next week will be considered an improvement from the second half today.

Sorry if I misspelled alot of words. Is that how you spell misspell? Damn

Davidson is to blame in my opinion. I actually like Davidson's play-calling on average but today I'm pretty sure he was channeling Dan Henning even tho he's still alive. Nothing but up da gut running when NY was stacking the box almost the whole day. No screens, hardly any pitches...just up the middle and a vanilla pass game all day. The gaints sucked today and they got away with it because our offensive coordinator did not have the where with all to adjust to the defense of NY.

Our ST wasn't as bad as I thought they were gonna be

CBs our a weak spot on D

Oline WTFFFFFFF!?!?!?!?!?

Dline...good job! they were all over Manning

Defense...come down with the ball! Should'a been way more turn-overs even though we had a good bit.

Kasay!!!

#3 I'm gonna give you another chance because this was the opener but that's it after this game. The Oline wasn't exactly the Oline and Davidson was callin' sh!t plays but you have been warned.

OUR LB's ARE AMAZING!!!11!!!!!

Oh and 1 more thing...GET SMITTY THE DAMNED BALL!!!

Matt Moore played liked he was scared of losing his job, which now is probably the case. J-Stew looked like he was still injured. LaFell is not ready for the #2 job and Kenny Moore was. Gross and Bernadeau were awful. Landri got manhandled and should be inactive next week. Gamble was bad in coverage and tackling, but Marshall should be the nickel back he looked lost. Brayton looked really old and the pass rush was pathetic at best.

Looking back at that cut list... Moore, Tyler and Witherspoon could those guys have helped today?

As sad as that sounds, I still believe if just one of those factors had changed during the game, we still could'a come back and won.

The playcalling would have helped the most. Inside 5 yards we need to be running. Were a running team.

I only see Tyler helping. I'm guessing if Witherspoon actually had cover skills he would have made the team.

Dline, were all over Manning?? I do not think so. He really wasnt pressured at all, Manning had all day in the pocket. Stopping the run game - they were great. I guess we saw it differently.

See, I keep coming back to the bad Oline today, and that was probably part of the reason why Moore didn't play well. Being under pressure all day makes you do stupid things when you are inexperienced.

But I am blaming Davidson for the loss, with the turrible play calling.
