what are your stats to say he sucks, other than your opinion that he doesnt get open? what are his targets vs his drops, how many fumbles does he have, what is his catching percentage? something other than "OMGZ!! FOX DIDNT START HIM!!! HE MUST SUCK!!!

stats like "four years and one touchdown"?

Jarrett actually showed a spark of life today but saying he is better than Moose is plain stupid. Moose wasn't a world beater last year but he produced. God damn...how do people believe this retarded poo.

Moose was a great WR. Great before he left and great in 2008. In 2009 he the drop off was HUGE. Age hit him quick. Moose was bad. All he could do was block. Jarrett was put in to run the same routes on rare occasions and got better seperation down field.

Please give me one reason LaFell should start over Jarrett.

Jarrett has been reliable throughout his entire tenure here.

LaFell has dropped passes, not just today, but throughout the entire duration of Camp and Preseason.

You wanna know why he La-FELL all the way to the 3rd?

Because he was constantly scrutinized coming out of college for having hands of stones.

I'd like to hear one reason he should start over Jarrett.

Oh, and you being an LSU fan doesn't count..

He plays hard, he blocks well, he can get separation, he can catch the ball, he is physical and contrary to popular belief he didn't play bad today.

that first pass (I think it was the first time Moore went to him).......LaFell eased up going across the middle and made the throw look bad. That is why Moore was pissed....he wasn't pissed at his throw. He was pissed about LaFell going across the middle on the route and not going for it.

Did you hear what he was saying or something or are you a mind reader? Are you Matt Moore? Are you okay Matt? How is your head?

On his 4th year, only one touchdown to show. The other stats are there too, I am just too lazy to look it up for you because if you believe Jarrett is a good player then nothing I say will show it to you anyway. But do not act like the stats are in Jarretts favor. Probally leads the team in lining up in wrong spot, running lazy routes, running wrong routes, pissing off Jesus Steve Smith, getting jammed at LOS, and having the most colorful playbook which is drawn in crayon.

that isn't a stat that shows he sucks. If you judge Jarrett but what he does when on the field in real games.....he has consistantly played solid. The only game you can point to really is NE where he lined up wrong.....but I can point to several last year where Smitty ran wrong routes also if you think that is THAT big of deal. Moore was moving his WRs on the field today as well.

did you DVR the game? If so, go back and watch the play.....the throw wasn't the issue. Watch LaFell at the end of the route.....then when the camera pans to Moore watch him. He wasn't mad about his throw.

He has played well enough to be second string CRA, that is all. He played like a starter against the NO reserves and that is it, that is what he has shown on the field in real games.

He hasn't been given the opportunities a starter has so how can anybody expect him to put up big numbers every week. It's simple logic if a guy only is on the field for 5-6 snaps he's only going to get 2-3 catches....

Nah, he got reps against NO. He should have had reps today. Should have had them last year. The very few he gets he makes plays.

explain to me what LaFell showed to get the start today and most of the reps? Fox wants LaFell to be the guy....nothing more. Charles Godfrey, Jake Delhomme, etc, etc. That is Fox.

And you know that Moore didn't think LaFell was going to finish the route because....

ya know I don't know if you have ever played wide receiver, but you don't always keep running full speed all the way across the field on a crossing route like that. If you have a good amount of space between yourself and a DB you can settle into that zone or slow up a bit in the middle of the field for and easy throw right down the middle.
