Another reason why I hate our fanbase. Threads like this just prove how fickle we are.
Honestly it ain't about fairweather fans. It's about the fans waiting the team to have best guys in there to win the game. Fans are just getting sick of the same old crap sunday after sunday. Jimmy Clasun may or may not be the answer early on. But the thing is Moore didn't cut it. It showed in this game. Should we let Matt play about 10 games until the season don't mean crap anymore and put clasun in to clean it up for the end of the season like we did with moore last year. Should we give Clasun a chance next week to prove he can do it or not. Since we have no choice. Jimmy will start Moore is out with injury. If jimmy fails then fox davidson and meeks is gone at the end of the season and then here comes the new HC and a start of a long painful rebuilding.:yesnod:

Jeez alot of but hurt moore fans i see ...Its only one game he suxs well 2 really pats game last year.3 red zone ints that was on him how many D men were around Barny on that first int?

This game looked alot like the first one of last year and how did ole jake do?

Bad game all around today. Real sloppy on all fronts.

How anyone could try to defend Moore though is beyond me.

They were stacking the line with 8 and 9 man fronts. WR were open and he was missing them left and right. The picks were all bone-headed mistakes, especially the first one, wtf was that poo? He made horrible reads and never was able to make the D pay for stacking the box. One of the biggest concerns with Moore was proven again today, he doesn't throw to his left well and tends to read only the right side of the field.

Why is it only Moore should get benched? If you wanna bench players based soely on this game, then pretty much our entire team should be benched.

I could state the obvious (because he is the QB), but let me put it in these terms: Matt Moore threw three INTs into the endzone. Just imagine if we had scored a TD on all those pics. That's 21 points. Even if we had scored a TD twice, and then a field goal, we would have scored 17 points. At the very least, Moore was responsible for 9 lost points. In the first couple of scenarios, we probably win the game.

Do you think that the organization can remain viable with performances that are eerily similar to what Jake put on in 2009?

Our secondary gave up 21 points to one WR alone. Even with the horrible performance of Moore, without those 21 points we probably would have won.
