Looks like LaFell

There's no official word yet, but every indication is that WR Brandon LaFell will start at the second receiver spot today.

It's a fairly esoteric distinction, to be honest. Unlike in year's past, WR Dwayne Jarrett could contribute as a reserve, and he and LaFell will both play a significant amount.

It is, however, a symbolic blow for Jarrett, who had a no-questions-asked starting job offered to him. But any disappointment about his performance may be overshadowed by LaFell's progress, as he's looked more and more comfortable in recent weeks.

Unless Steve Smith makes a bunch of plays, it may not matter, but in the short term the advantage seems to be with the rookie, who's only two month's younger than the fourth-year Jarrett.
