I'm under the impression that Fox doesn't want to be here all that much, I think the only way he would stay is if he was offered top 5 coaching money. I think he's already making top 10 money, so he's probably wanting that 7 - 8 million a year.

So I think that this will be his last year, unless they give him that top 5 coaching money...I just don't see Carolina giving him that.

Its not his job to develop QB's and WR's. That's why their are position coaches... It's the position coaches job to develop players in said position. Now fault can lay on John Fox for not getting guys that could develop players.

If Fox is gone after this year Jim Harbaugh should get a serious look. He turned Stanford from nothing to stomping USC. I don't think a retread is what this team needs. It really needs some innovation.
