Amazing finish

I covered a football game last night that went like this....

* Visitors jump to 17-0 lead.

* Home team sandwiches drive at end of first half and 83-yard run from scrimmage to start second to pull within 17-14.

* Visitors use ball control to run out end of third quarter and half the fourth, punching it in to go up 24-14.

* Home team scores with 4:07 left, get ball back with just under two minutes to go.

* Home team scores go-ahead TD with 1:25 left. Add insurance touchdown two plays later on 65-yard interception return to go up 35-24 with 56 seconds left.

* Visitors return kickoff 82 yards for touchdown, recover onside kick, score winning touchdown with nine seconds left. Final: 36-35.

Head coach of losing team (the team I cover) could barely talk after the game.
