First of all link, secondly why the hell would the Panthers be "saving" up all this money to resign our core players when we are going to let our most explosive play maker just walk once he needs a big contract. At this point speculating this is pointless and quite frankly I'm pretty sick of stupid conspiracy theories.

Because we have a guy behind him that can do just as good a job.I think we will try to re-sign Williams but it wont be for a mega deal.Williams could make more money leaving but he would have a longer career if he stayed.Its up to Williams and the FO.

We have a long list of guys that need to be re-signed and the FO we will have to make some tough decisions.I think he leaves but its to early to say one way or another 100%

I've laughed at dumb moves we've made, said "I told you so" when moves didn't pan out, but if we let D-Lo walk...for the first time I'd have hatred toward the FO.

After watching the Peppers situation, I would certainly hope that the front office just does DeAngelo justice. Offer him what they can afford and let him make a decision to stay or not. I would be disgraced as a fan, if they try to save money by not signing him because of the CBA or by franchising him .

I don't remember a single time that DeAngelo has complained about his contract. I think he has been very honorable.

Besides Stewart + Goodson does not even closely compare to DeAngelo + Stewart. Likewise with the vice-versa.

We are a power running team and we need that extra RB talent to even score. IMHO, it our runningbacks that are that make the offensive line look good.

Even after this season there is no way D'Will is on the downside of his career. He is definately worth signing and I would be pissed if they let him walk. One of my biggest beefs with this CBA crap is this Panther strategy of having all these guys with 1yr deals is going to result in them losing guys. I just dont see how they get them all; and also cause of this crap is why I think they didnt try to lock up any of these guys.
