Moore Rollouts?

Mr. Scot

Recommended Posts

Mr. Scot, I agree with the QB to WR problem lies 50% on each but the issues we saw in the offseason, in my mind, fall 50% on the oline. So in terms of improving consistency, I have it at 50-25-25 on the oline-QB-WR.

If Moore doesn't have time for our slow/inexperienced WRs to get open, how is he supposed to complete a pass before getting pressured/sacked. If Moore can't evade the rush, what good will it do if those rookie WRs are open? Once the Oline settles into their form from last year, Moore will be able to help our WR play, and vice versa. Even more so if our RBs return to their 5.0+ ypc, but that relies on the Oline's play as well.

It was Wharton at LT and Schwartz on ray edwards. The only time Allen got a sack that game was one time when either Jeff king or Wharton blew the assignment.

My bad, but same idea we were rolling Matt as far away from Allen as possible.

You can do it from time to time, but it better not be your bread and butter because it's easy to stop. I support Moore, but I do have concerns about his ability to stand in the pocket and deliver the ball.
