Cool, overpriced items

The last game I bought full price was MW2 (xbox). The price of one new game will buy you 4 months of gamefly.

I've bought (and later cancelled) GF memberships twice now. It's a good service, but the new titles are almost impossible to get when they release and you quickly run out of games to rent.

I've bought (and later cancelled) GF memberships twice now. It's a good service, but the new titles are almost impossible to get when they release and you quickly run out of games to rent.

You have to keep up with your game queue. I try to check the "coming soon" section every few weeks and add games to my queue. When they come out, you'll be at the top of the list to get them. For instance, I added Gears of War 3 that's coming out next spring the other day.

Also, when you want to buy a new game this way makes it cheaper too. I bought my MW2, "used" from GF even though it wasn't "used" because they shipped it to me the day before it came out. I received it the day after it came out, did the keep it option and only paid like $40 for it.
