Do any of you guys really think smith is going soft or isn't going to play the same way? I don't care if dude comes out talking like Tony Dungy, saying people shouldn't swear, or requesting The Golden Calf of Bristol prayer sessions with the other team. When he hits the field, he is smitty.

As an earlier poster mentioned, he only knows one gear. If there is one player in all of the NFL that I would never question their drive and desire to make plays it is smitty.

Hell, I would line up 11 Steve Smiths on offense and take them over pretty much any NFL offense. Then, I would take those same 11 Steve Smiths and have them play D as well. Superbowl baby. Although, we would still need someone to do kickoffs (there would never be punts, FGs, or PATs).
