NY Giants fans talking up the Panthers??

One of my good buddies who's from Long Island is a Giants fan...says Panthers will come in and run all over the Giants...big win. Surprising, haven't forgotten last years beatdown yet...

Gotta friend here that's from NY and is a NY fan, except when they suck cause he 's a gambler. I will say that he's not happy with the gaints right now and is particularly optimistic about our team. Even my wife was surprised.

I dont know how much those guys over there really know. A couple of them said Stewart was not healthy. I am pretty sure this is as healthy as Stewart has ever been in a Panthers uniform. So according to them, hes not healthy now which means he wasn't healthy when he ran for 200+ yards against them like 8 months ago. Quite a many of them seem to be really down on our O-Line, while it has looked a little shaky over the preseason its still one of the better lines in the league.

I have a close friend that is a NY Giants fan but he watches the Panthers play only b/c of Fox. He hopes that NY gets Fox next year. He is not convinced that NY is going to win. Anyway strange thing is he is a HUGE NY Rangers fan but watches Carolina Hurricanes games too. I tell him he really wants to be a Southerner not a Yankee.

After reading that message board I have decided to rethink my general attitude on this message board. Very mature and well informed for the most part IMO.

Some times I think maybe it would be good to add a Crazy Shenanigans section. That way some people could post all the crazy stuff they want and leave the Carolina Panthers section to just football.

Sometimes the "Derail" stuff seems more of a way to just up their post count and has no true reason behind it.
