b/c Moore wasn't going to see playing time. A #4 WR if active will only see the field if we are getting our tails kicked in the 4th quarter. Even then it is a maybe.

A guy that is primarly a good special teamer and the #4 WR can play can be on the field at all different times making special teams plays.
