Unless Carolina can pay someone at least 25% less than the guy they're replacing, they won't sign a soul.

JR didn't sign any of the guys I want, thus he is tanking the season.

He's be a great pickup but with that big return from Goodson we probably just stick with him on kickoffs and Captain on punts.

he's 29, and 5 ft 6. he would be doing returns only. we already have a dedicated player for doing kickoffs, we can't afford to lose depth elsewhere to have one that does JUST returns.
