I am moving to Chicago this month, and I am starting to freak out about not being able to see every Panthers game. I thought at the very least, I could pay to watch them on NFL.com, but the game audio is the only thing they offer.

What are my options?

That rules out your only option. However, I've heard of this device called a slingbox that will retransmit a TV signal to the internet. It's legal. Research it.

They do out of country.

I don't know why they don't in the U.S. but I'm pretty sure I've seen a reason SOMEWHERE on NFL.com before, you can go search for it in the audio/video pass section if you want, it shouldn't be too hard to come across.
