OK, ladies and gents, Terrance Austin is reportedly going to be placed on the skins PS if he clears waivers. Here is our chance to get him. The UCLA grad is a legitimate returner, and may be a capable WR. He and Brandon Banks have been on my radar for some time. Of course I wanted Banks, but it looks like he may make the cut with Washington. I am telling you: The Skins are trying to quietly slide one over on the league. The Panthers need to take a look.
